Payment
We accept payment via PayPal and Payoneer and bank transfers. You can write to us directly and we will help to choose the most suitable way of payment. Or you can make an order on the website and pay via PayPal. Once your order is finalized, we provide you the sales terms and/or invoice/ contract. Money is accepted by bank transfer in USD (we have a correspondent bank account in New York, USA) and in EUR (we have a correspondent bank account in Frankfurt am Main, Germany).MZPA works on the conditions of 100% prepayment. Immediately after receiving a payment your order goes into production.
Shipment
We ship worldwide. MZPA offers express delivery by DHL or standard national postal delivery. After adding products to the shopping cart, specify the number of units to find out the cost of delivery. Also, our sales manager can provide you with the exact shipping cost.
Returns
If you changed your mind about the product:
1. Notify by email the Curator of MZPA project at H.Proskurina@mzpa.co within 30 days after receiving your order that you want to return and the reasons of your return.
2. Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 30 days from your notification.
3. The return shipping cost must be paid by you and is not covered by MZPA.
4. You will receive your refund within 30 days after we receive the notification or the model withdrawal form. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.
5. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.

If you received a damaged or faulty item: We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, please contact us at H.Proskurina@mzpa.co If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including some pictures as confirmation that something is wrong with one of the products.
Guarantee
MZPA guarantees high quality and reliability on condition of proper use and care. The guarantee takes effect on the date of purchase and is valid through:
- 1 years from the date of purchase for products that are in office/home use;
- 12 months from the date of purchase for products that are used in spaces of public use.
The guarantee does not cover the damage after a hit or incident. The guarantee does not apply if the products were stored outdoors or in wet areas.
